Potatoes at the Viennese way

 

 





 

 

NEED

1 kg potatoes

150 g cottage cheese

2 leeks1 egg

60 g butter

30 g flour

1 / 2 l milk

marjoram

pepper

Preparation
Cooked and peeled potatoes cut up into thin slices and salt it, add cumin, Major, pepper and chopped leek. The rest should fry leeks in butter, add a little flour and cover with milk. The preserves sauce put strained cottage cheese and egg.  Potato sauce dock, possibly spice,  everything we put in a bowl of fire-proof glass and bake in oven until golden brown.
